Win Souls
This involves winning the lost to Christ. This is achieved through bringing up disciples who models Christ in their talk, thoughts and walk (1Jn 2:6; Rom 2:21-24; Eph 5:1-4) and evangelism in all its various scales and modes e.g one to one (Jn 4:1- 26; Acts 8:26-40): home calls and small groups (Acts 16:30-34; 10:34-48); mass evangelism (Acts 2:14-41)
Discipleship
This involves raising believers to be true followers of Christ in all their conduct.
This will be achieved through the teaching of biblical doctrine (Acts 2:42; 1Tim 4:11, 13,16; 2Tim 4:2), odeling Christ to others (1Cor 11:1; 4:16), initiating and encouraging the gathering together for fellowship by brethren (Heb 10:24,25; Acts 2:46), teaching brethren the importance of prayer and helping them make prayer a indispensable pillar in their walk with God (Acts 2:42), (Eph 5:18; Rom 13:13-14; Gal 5:16-18), and teaching them on how to witness and win souls for Christ (?)
Training
This involves equipping believers in a continuous school of ministry to serve on one or more (Acts 19:9,10; Mk 3:13-19)
Deployment (Sending)
This has to do with assigning the disciples serving positions. Some will end up being pastors, others elders, others worship leaders, others heads of departments and so on (Acts 13:1-3)
